It is not mentioned here that it is a channeled ability, so I hope it is instant otherwise it will be quite difficult to catch mages, rogues and other stealthy folks in a pvp situation. " Cantrips" finally I can read my mails on the fly without having to learn engineering " Arcane Affinity" this one is a nice dmg buff. " Ancient History" is the usual profession buff.
